As you can read from the title for this post, yes, I have passed my probation period. YAY! *claps claps*
It may seem like a small matter but to be honest, I have been through the worst period ever. The stress and worry about my probation being extended have been giving so much stress and unhappiness. Many times, the thought of giving up was there. I thought I wasn't strong enough and i am not the right person for the job. I wasn't cut out to be a nurse. Many of my friends were surprised when I told them I was a nurse. I know I don't look like one when i am outside. HAHA
I know i am not a good nurse yet and there are many areas needed to be improve. I will try to improve and be a better nurse!
Still can't believe that I am a confirm staff nurse now!
Going to say goodbye to the green sticker I have on my name tag now.
